Hi-

I bought ten card packs today and the first one opened fine. When I clicked the button to open the next pack, the game froze and I had to force quit. When I re-opened the game, I was down a pack. I then went to try and open another pack. The game went to the pack opening screen (stadium in the background with the fan noise) but the game once again froze with no cards appearing. I had to force quit again. When I went back in, I was down another pack. Like an idiot, I tried one more time and the game again froze at the pack opening screen and I had to force quit. Go back in, and I'm down another pack.

I'm not sure if the cards are being placed on my team or not, but it is unsettling to think I've lost out on three packs. Thanks for your attention in this matter.
