The Rangers resume their series against the Brewers tonight. The Brewers won a high-scoring affair in the opener, giving the Rangers back-to-back one-run losses.

In the bottom of the first, an RBI single by Canseco put the Rangers on the board.
In the top of the second, Seitzer delivered a go-ahead two-run longball 373 feet.
After three: Milwaukee 2 Texas 1.
In the top of the fourth, Seitzer led off with his second homer of the game, this one a curveball that traveled 358 feet.
In the bottom of the fourth, Gonzalez led off with a 334 foot home run. Greer tied the game with an RBI single. Strange knocked in two with a single to give the Rangers the lead back.
In the bottom of the fifth, Canseco flexed his muscles and delivered a 365 foot lead off home run.
In the bottom of the sixth, the Rangers loaded the bases with one out. Clark watched ball four go by on a full count pitch to pick up an RBI. Canseco then beat out the 5-4-3 to bring home another run. Gonzalez then got a two-out RBI single to put the Rangers up big.
After six: Texas 9 Milwaukee 3.
In the top of the seventh, Jay Howell took the mound for the Rangers.
In the bottom of the seventh, Pedro F Borbon took the mound for the Brewers. A two-out run-scoring double by Lee put the Rangers in double digits in runs for the second game in the row.
In the bottom of the eighth, a Gonzalez two-out single scored a run. The Rangers went on to load the bases with two out. And Greer turned that into a 373 foot grand slam. Graeme Lloyd took the mound for the Brewers after that.
In the top of the ninth, rain began to fall.
The Rangers out-hit the Brewers 16-6 in the contest and the Brewers committed three errors.
Final score: Texas 15 Milwaukee 3.
