You can sell any card you own, save those which have been locked by mission completion. The wisdom of such choices I leave to your opinion of your team's strength. At lower levels, all those cards perform well. However, since they're fairly easy to obtain they won't fetch the highest price...perhaps 10k for some.

Make your decision based on what you can sell them for versus how much potential income they may bring you and go with your gut. You may be right, you may be wrong. Just remember that an actual EMPLOYED-AS-A-GENERAL-MANAGER individual once thought Nolan Ryan for Jim Fregosi was a smart trade. If you're right in your choice, be happy. If you're wrong, you can always find these cards in the AH and repurchase them.
