Fabulous stuff. I’m following with great interest. Here’s a question for you. What (if anything) did you do about the Union Association in 1884? MLB officially considers it a major league, given the quality of players, before it folded. I ask because the Wilmington Quicksteps played games (very briefly) just up the street from where I live. I am working on a sim where the UA has a better chance of becoming a third major league, and surviving 1884. Things were very fluid back then, and it would only have taken a few more solid franchises (more money) for the UA to be competitive. Including players of color would have expanded the talent pool, which was stretched pretty thin by all of the teams in three leagues.
