You mentioned that this is the 5th Era. Are you starting the league in the year 1?

Is this along the canon of the emperor being assassinated in Skyrim, too?

I like that places like Kvatch are intact or rebuilt. I had to do some of the same in my Fallout leagues to fit what I want to cover.
