It seems that outfielders are coming in to make shallower catches - sometimes very shallow. I think that feels realistic. But on those the infielders simply stand and watch, which is not realistic. Perhaps tweek it a bit to have more of a swarm in the direction of the ball and then give way at the last moment like you do on some infield popups.
