			The “after midnight” option got me thinking.  Years past, many cities had ordinances prohibiting an inning starting after a certain time.  In Philly it was 12:45 am or something weird like that.  Not sure if games were declared ties, or to be resumed at a later date.  Either way, the clock solution avoids wearing down the bullpens, and could allow the tied game to resume on an off day, which is better, and can be anticipated.  Why not that?
