The big problem here is that this is really a tech support issue, where something is borked on your end, not a bug we need to fix up.

Now, I don't try to say that callously at all. As you know, I do frequently try to help with this sort of thing whenever possible just to take care of folks. The problem is that right now, dealing with the release and all the other stuff on my plate during our busiest time of the year, I quite simply do not have any extra time to get into resolving this sort of issue with you beyond the steps I've already suggested. So if you're waiting on me, I will try to help more eventually, but it could take a long time.

This is going to need some back and forth to get info from you as to what you're seeing on your system, as well as steps for you to take, that I'm just not able to get into at the moment. That's why we have the support team, to help out with stuff like this. But given that things are super busy for them as well right now, it could take a bit longer than usual for them to get back to you. They will do so eventually though and once they do things should indeed go more quickly than our exchanging a message every couple days,.
