Milwaukee may have fell 3-2 in 11 innings to Quad City, but that didn't prevent the Crushers from clinching their first postseason berth since 2036.
The Crushers (90-71) sewed up the NL North crown when Rockford fell 6-3 to Madison.
Milwaukee leads the second-place crushers by two games with one contest left in the season.
It is the first playoff berth in franchise history for the Crushers.
