Terra Incognita's "Iron" Bill Salkeld has called it a career after four seasons as, in the words of General Manager Bob Yamm, "the heart and soul of the Rustlers." The powerful backstop thrilled Terra Incognita's faithful with his remarkable home run power, bashing out 13 two homer games, as well as a three cricuit blast effort in July of 2024. He was voted "Fan Favorite" three times in seasonal balloting by attendees at the Midnight Roundup Corral.

Salkeld will remain with the organization, joining the AAA Kakoola Reapers as manager next year.

(Editor's note: Isn't this the best iron card ever? It's taking a 95 Gabby Hartnett to get him out of the lineup, but I just had to let him finish out the year.)
