You're in the entry pool. You play a ton of games to help you earn points that you can use to improve your team.
On Monday morning, you'll be placed in a 'real' league with most likely 29 other teams. If you have 'friends' in the game (the friend list), and select that option, the game will try to get you all together if you're in the same level. Otherwise, it's 100% random.
You're doing well in Entry Pool if you're raking in the PP. None of the results carry over except for that. Once you're in real leagues, your history accumulates.
