Sure would seem like some one in the know with whomever is running OOTP nowadays would give customers a heads up. I'm thinking my time supporting this formerly great company is waning quickly. The complaints are often and so many unanswered. Sad situation for customers......Always something different with a widening gap of ontime customer support....
