And yes, MLB ran alongside the JPBO as a historical set. That's why I offer both the 2022 Start (accurate MLB, fresh JPBO) and 1950 Start (alternate MLB, deep history JPBO) quickstarts.

It's worth pointing out that OOTP states that reserve rosters will still let players develop as if they were playing in the minors in their manual, so I thought it wouldn't affect player development for high schoolers.
