This is why I have auto-save set on "every day." Then you can just quit without saving and whatever just happened un-happens without affecting the stuff that happened before. I think it's cheating to do that if something just didn't work out the way you hoped, but if it's a pure case of "I didn't mean to hit that button," I think it's fine. The idea is to have a simulation of real-life baseball, and Brian Cashman doesn't have to worry about accidentally withdrawing an offer because he sneezed.
