Hi,

I messed around and created a MLB version where they can get promoted and demoted. No minor leagues.
What bugs me is that the AI teams still seek out high potential guys and trade good starting players for them, just to put them on the reserve roster.

My fictional worlds consists of 4 leagues, basically MLB > AAA > AA > A. with 20 teams each. And I got a Indy league to grab left overs with a lot of teams that didn't make my cut.
I have a 30 man roster, so that they can rotate and don't waste to much talent on the reserve roster (which is limited to 5). I also set the min age limit to 23, but this only applies to the active roster, which AI ignores.

Any tips on how to get an interesting game without minor leagues?
