The new team owner provided a goal of making a 25,000,000 profit this year and a team budget of 190,000,000. I moved a few contracts and now have a team payroll which is far below that amount. When I go back to the owner goals throughout the season, I find that the new team payroll amount seems to not affect the profit goal. Am I missing something on this, as I thought that one should reflect upon the other.
