From what I can see from a Google search, it seems this can sometimes come from corrupt system files.
You'll probably want to do a Google search yourself and check on some of the possible solutions there, as from what I can see I do not this this is an OOTP specific error.
One thing to do just in case I'm wrong there, would be to turn on trace mode, and if this happens again, post the resulting trace file for us to check out. There may be something in there that could be of use.
