I apologize... I am not good enough with computers to post the codes that most people do.... I just don't know how to access the codes.
I will say this, the 3D animation is much better in OOTP25.
No outfielders run through walls anymore.
And i rarely seem the weird foul flies around home plate anymore.

Eugene, to get the code is pretty easy once you know the steps.
1. run a replay of the play you want to send in (the code will automatically be
on your clipboard)
2. open a text document
3. right click and paste the code from your clipboard into the open text doc.
4. save to a file name of your choice
5. upload the file with the "manage attachments" option

To your issue...
I would understand if it were all of the time, but that's a weird problem if he is only missing "sometimes". Not having the P on the mound would suggest animation files are missing, I think(bad install?). If I were you I'd look and see if it's maybe a specific type of P this happens with, ie a "sidearm" P etc. There aren't tons of sidearm guys so with them you wouldn't see it often? I don't know, I'm just grasping at straws.
If that were it maybe reinstall the game, or if you are on Steam go to your account and have Steam verify the game files. I would think those steps would install the missing files? Again just speculation on my part. Of course if you try anything always backup first.
