My online league just hit the IAFA signing period and teams are unable to trade their IAFA cap space (international signing pool money). On the trading screen, we still see a note saying teams will be able to trade their cap space when the IAFA signing period opens, but it is open and we're still unable to trade.


Any idea what's going on or how/when teams should be able to trade their cap space/pool money?
