Dear OOTP Community:

It has been almost a year since I posted on here and a lot has happened since last February. I rediscovered Cards and Dice games and made some new friends in the gaming community. Without going into details, over the past 4-5 years, my interest in OOTP has waned and there are many reasons why, but I just want to say that I have nothing but admiration and respect for the OOTP Team and Community.

I really appreciate each and every one of you who responded to my posts and messaged me privately to provide helpful hints or sending me links. Thank you! I'm not angry or frustrated. It just feels like it's time to move on and that I exhausted all of my resources with OOTP and got what I wanted out of it for the most part, but it was enough.

It was so much fun to be Manager and General Manager and get to see the ballparks in 3D as well as the uniforms, logos, and ballcaps especially the historical ones. However, ever since I started playing Cards and Dice again, it reminded me of what I was missing. I no longer have to download patches or security updates. I can play games when there is no power or during the middle of a hurricane or tropical storm as I did last year. It's nothing personal. I'll always be grateful for the wonderful experiences and people I crossed paths with here since joining way back in 2015 a decade ago. But it's time to move on. Thank you for listening. And as our friend SnaggleJ would say, "Keep swinging for the fences!"
