No not necessarily. That's not how the ratings scales work. You're more likely to see a visible change on the 1-100 scale than the 1-10 scale, but if the change isn't enough to move the needle on whatever scale you're using there won't be a visible change. That doesn't mean there isn't a change. If you really need to see a change you can track things in the player editor.

If the priority was to make sure there was always a visible ratings change the dev lab would be ridiculously over powered.
