I'm also having an issue where my imported save from 25 is not producing any draft combine. I have tried changing dates have no active filters, but list still comes out unpopulated and no way to invite prospects.
It is a historical game, but I used the OOTP 25 creation tool setting that enables some variability into how players turn out, and I have all re-calc turned off, and scouting is switched to normal accuracy. I also have ensured all direct Combine related fields in within the rules page are populated or ticked.
One caveat.. I did not import my game at the recommended time, so concede I could be screwed from that perspective. However it seems others are having similar issues?

My questions are:
1. Is this an issue likely to be addressed/fixed soon on a global level?
2. If not, is there anyway to reduce the impact on me of not having the combine working properly in my current game?
3. Is the poor choice of timing of me converting my save a probable cause?
3a. If so, would potentially going back and playing out my game season in 25 first and then re-importing likely lead to a different outcome for the draft combine issue?
