Question for those of you who have gotten into turning retired players into coaches.
When your looking at retired players, how do you determine which ones you think have a chance to be good coaches? I'm confident that things like high intelligence, work ethic, adaptability, and leadership must be good in this regard but what else is important to you in making this evaluation? I know that "Teach Hitting" and "Teach Pitching" are crucial just as "Development" and "Mechanics" are but what in a retired players ratings determines these attributes once they become coaches?
