I'm running a version of the historical set-up where I have allowed editing to bring new teams into the NHL when I want to and to keep some teams that disappeared in real life going.

A frustration is that I can't add farm teams to NHL teams when I bring them into the game. Is there a concise explanation of that process or am I just out of luck?

Also, I'm using a Macintosh version of the game. Is this something that doesn't work on the Mac version?
