Editing world_default.xml
So I'm thinking I want to make some big modifications to my world. This was easy to do in previous versions, since everything was in comma-delimited files. Now there's a single xml file, which gives a lot more flexibility but is harder to work with.
I've been trying to get the xml file to import into Excel or Access so that I can look at it as a database, but it won't import correctly. I have minimal experience working with XML files, but it seems that the lack of a schema is an issue.
Has anyone successfully fiddled with it in any way other than with a text editor? Any tips or advice would be very useful.
