How Does Scouting Budget Tie Into Ratings?
My scouting budget is last in my league of 16 teams. 2 of my highly touted top 100 prospects took a huge ratings hit. (Went from 4.5 stars down to 1.5) I was wondering if this had to do with the fact that I have my scouting budget so low. (forgot to raise it in the preseason) My overall budget is tied for 15th and my payroll is 16th. 3rd largest market. Scout is legendary in scouting minors and amateurs. I only have 3 positions at the ML level in the top 5 overall. 2B, SP & RF.
Also what are some of the settings you use for scouting? |

The scouting budget affects scouting accuracy.

Does that mean scouting accuracy up to their ablity? Or can a poor scout "do better" because you're giving them more resources?
