More salary cap questions

I saw a note that finances will be addressed in one of the upcoming releases, so maybe you can consider this situation. My team is ready to start 3rd season, and my team salary cap hit is about 60M, but my salaries are only around 50M. Many of the players I signed to long term contracts seem to have a significantly higher cap hit than their salary.

ie. Matt Read was signed to a 4 year contract at 5,230,000/yr but has cap hit of 6,537,500.
Oliver Ekman-Larssen has 3 year deal at 5,130,000/year, but has cap hit of 6,840,000.
Several other players have similar situations.

Also, I have a few free agents that have agreed with my terms but have not appeared on my roster. I have successfully sign free agents before but recent ones are not appearing. I have frequently had problems with players agreeing to terms but not appearing on the team.

Also, players don't seem to vary their requests. In OOTP, if you wait a while, they may change their requests and come around, or else ask for more. Here, it seems all unsigned rookies want about 725K each year - it is hard to find anyone who will accept 525K.

Good luck with the finance inprovements upcoming as OOTP has always had great realism for finances.
