minor league players playing too much at low levels?

Just checking computer generated players, it appears like too many guys are staying at the low-levels of the minors for too many seasons.... i've seen multiple instances of guys taken early in the draft (1st-5th rounds) staying in Rookie or short-season ball for 3-4 seasons+ (after being drafted a college players). Is there any way to have the computer push some of these prospects atleast to full season A ball?

You have to experiment with different settings. That's the only logical advice since no two user games are the same.

Maybe some of those players just aren't ready to move up.

BTW, You can set age limits per league.

Are they tearing the short-season leagues up or are they struggling? If they're struggling, it makes more sense.
