How to Change Individual Player Pics

Forgive me, for what I am sure is an easy question, but how do you change, individual player pictures? I have looked under every tab, and can't figure out how to do it.

Open the individual player's profile, go to the editor and, below the box where you can change the name there is a red button that says - I think - Picture Functions. That gives you several choices about what to do with the player photo, including generating a completely new fictional pic.
