Webcast ballpark question

I saw this screen shot below on you tube.
Can anyone tell me if this stadium rendering is one of the mods or does it come with the game? I really like it.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

I'm a total newbie, but on the game screen there is a box that gives you choice of 3d, webcast, and another view I cannot remember. One of those views are definitely what you have in your pic. It is not a mod.

What me can see is that for that view, which I have done once or twice, is pressing live game webcast and also seeing the other games.
