How do I access facegens?

I guess it's probably a stupid question but how do I access all the facegens?The window says the directory contains more than 1000 files and only the first 1000 are displayed. The rest of the info is cut off. Thanks.

There's a Filter button if you're looking for something specific. Generally, if OOTP finds a facegen file that matches the name of a player (or any other person) it will use it automatically.
