Who is signing free agents and personnel? Weird bug!

I am playing as the Yankees. I fired the entire coaching staff, etc, and decided to start fresh. I offered contracts to an Assistant GM, Manager, Pitching coach, etc. Most of the people I offered to signed, however, I noticed my manager and pitching coach where guys I didn't even offer contracts to!

With free agents, I've noticed that there are pending offers to guys I'm not even offering contracts to!

My settings are set that I am the one who is supposed to sign everyone. What is going on? Can't figure it out!

Because you technically fired your assistant GM after free agents filed, there may have been a settings reset when you fired him.

The first thing to check is if you have the do not disturb setting. If so, you give up control to the AI.
