40 Man Roster Error

I traded a player using FORCE TRADE and he shows up on both teams 40 man roster and is present on their team, but still shows up on my 40 man roster as well, but none of my teams. This was during the portion of the season during which players need to pass through waivers and I used the FORCE TRADE to avoid that (this was really a PTBNL completion of a trade). He is not on the waiver wire either right now.

I'd like to remove him from my 40, of course. Tried "recalc ratings/run rescouting" already to no avail.

Help.

It was likely a case where because he hadn't passed through waivers, the force functionality misses one step of the process. I'd suggest using the editor to move him in that case - you might need to move him "back" to your team, then "back" to their team, and see if that clears him. I would say that's the most likely way to fix case like this.

Had to put him back on my expanded 25 man roster (it's Sept.) and that did it - he fell of my 40 man and isn't on my 25 man, either.
