Hello, I would ask if there will be any update in FHM3 where expansion will be with the team las vegas or whether and in fhm4

Not for FHM3 - we considered trying to add it in an update, but there were too many complications (with a single-team expansion and the specific rules of this year's expansion draft) for it to be practical in the amount of time we had. You can still expand in 2017-18, but it has to be a regular 2-team expansion.

Speaking of this,

I have expanded the league with two more teams, how can i add logos for them? And are their any logo-pack for the other leagues?

Yes, although you'll either need to check the Steamworkshop space or the FHM Mods forum.

Basically you add the images (and delete the created ones) that are in the save file.
