What does "Clean Up Scouting Database" do?

think it gives a pop-up window when you click that explains ore?

manual definitely has the answer..

either clenas up completely or 1 per year or soemthing like that for retired players / deletes reports from deleted players and those that didn't make the mlb etc... after 50-100 years it might save a small amount of space? text doesn't take up much room.
