Missing Stats Question

Surprisingly, a search did not turn anything up for this, but in starting a new default MLB game, I'm noticing certain previous real-life stats don't exist, such as blown saves and some others.

Did I do something wrong, or am I perhaps not using an updated roster?

I believe in the notification of the new rosters for September they did mention many stats are not updated for the current season. Hopefully this answers your question.

Oh, I should have clarified: This is for a new 2017 season, so I'm referring to stats missing from a player's career. Actually, using blown saves as an example, it seems in the Opening Day rosters that this stat simply doesn't exist for anyone as they are all at 0.

You are correct - I have posted about this before. Here are some of the missing statistics from the 2017 season and previous seasons when starting a new game:
Batting: Games Started
Fielding: Games Started and IP
Pitching: SB and CS against, Holds, Save Opportunities and Blown Saves
I believe bbref and lahman are currently used and these fields are not set up to import. I will let someone else with more knowledge of the situation respond but I do wish we could get these complete stats!
