How to download mods on Windows version from webstore?

Hey, I just got OOTP 19 and I’m having trouble getting mods to work. I downloaded a Stadium and face pack and put them in the “addons” folder in the OOTP 19 folder, yet I still cannot see the mods in add-ons central. I had the steam version of OOTP 18 so I’m still trying to figure out how to use mods via addon central. Thanks in advance.

you can download outsid ethe game or just do it inside the game -- probably easier that way.

i don't have the server added or there are no mods yet, lol. not something i get into but have downloaded an all-in-one mode before it was mlb licensed before.

clcik add-ons cenral when game first loads.

open the downloads folder, make sure oyu have it in the right spot.. if not drag and drop it inot this folder. it shoudl show up on the list on right of screenshot.

if not, add the server url with the button you see in screnshot, click reload addon list and re-download.

here a link on how to add the server. since 19 isn't functuning - you'll have to download the 18 version. as far i can see, they all work.
