Training Players

I read a few posts on training players. I was wondering, I keep players at main positions. Does anyone have a few posts on this and what's the best way to do it and look at it

i change their set position to a position I want in spring training or the first day after season ends. Then let them play the season in the minors at desired position

Just remember position score is learned via experience as games/innings played at the position based upon the fielding abilities.

If the player doesn't meet the fielding ability score for a certain position he can never learn it.
