tactics issues

It seems that my team doesn't use the general tactic i setted (balanced,non-physical) in game and also i cannot change it (it became blocked (text in grey) since the last update 5.2.36)

The offensive/physical preferences aren't actually used when you're in control of the team, they're just an indicator of what the AI's preferences would be if they were in control in the current situation. They don't affect the team's performance in any way, or alter the tactical settings or tactical tendencies you set yourself.
