Bug / Logic error

Bear with me, I creatively found an issue...

NL game, so pitcher batting. 2 outs and runners on with Wainwright at the plate.

I was watching TV while playing and not paying *close* attention. Let Wainwright bat. Looked back and found he had been injured. Not looking closer, I just put in Ryan Helsley as my new pitcher and he auto-subbed into my lineup in the empty spot where Wainwright had come out.

I resumed and saw Helsley batting, so I found Wainwright had gotten hurt without completing his at bat. Being an RBI spot, I then pinch hit for Helsley. Side: Austin Dean hit a 3-run HR. Of course he did, since...

I finished the inning and the lineup screen came up telling me I had to change pitchers, but since Helsley had replaced Wainwright as my pitcher and hadn't faced a batter, I couldn't change pitchers again yet. And since I'd pinch hit for Helsley in my lineup with Dean, he was also out of the game and unusable.

Stuck, I force-quit the game (Mac), taking me back to my last saved point, which meant I lost one other game I'd just finished but not yet saved.

Thought it was worth reporting.
