File issues

First apologies is this is not the right place for this post.

I recently got OOTP 21 and downloaded the game (via steam). Everything seemed to be working fine but I noticed the save game folder along with some other things was on my C drive when I have steam installing to my D drive. I move the folder and change the data path to make sure it doesn't fill up my C drive. The next time I restart the game though it says "/facegen folder could not be found" and when I try to start a game it says "unable to load world template file". I have reinstalled the game multiple times and the issue persists. I goggled the problem and say others with the same issue and the solution given is to delete the database folder however when I go to where this solution says it is I do not even see the folder. Solutions?

1. Type the following into your Windows search function: %appdata%

2. Once that folder opens, navigate to the following folder: AppData\Roaming\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\config

3. There, you'll find the following files:

paths.cfg
favorite_paths.cfg
recent_paths.cfg

4. Delete all of these

5. Restart OOTP.
