Imports for Silver Tourney Change Once Tourney Starts

I've had this problem for awhile and am not sure what else to do. When I make rosters for different tourneys, I save and export them for later use. I have an exported roster that I use for Silver Bo7 and Bo5 tourneys. I enter the tourney, select Import Roster, select my roster that I saved for Silver tourneys and everything looks good. All of the players I would expect are in the Active Roster, I hit submit, and off I go. I also double check my Pitching and Lineups and they are all set the way I want.

Once the tourney starts though, the roster is completely different. In fact I've included two attachments. The first is my Active Roster in the current tourney (focused on the pitching). The second is a screenshot of the Box Score from the first game in the tourney.

The key thing to note here is that Colin McHugh was the winning pitcher on my team in the Box Score, yet you can clearly see in the Active Roster screenshot that he isn't even on my roster. I don't understand how this is happening or how to fix it. I've Deactivated every player and then re-Activated each one and resaved the Export. Still doesn't work. Looking for anything else I can look at here. I have a good Silver team, but I can never get it to play...
