Mistake in ticket price

I accidentally set the ticket price to $53.20 in a 1995 setting, I didn't notice this until spring training started and the owner lowered the budget $12 million because of lack of sales. Is there a way to reset this without losing my roster moves or do I have to just play out the season?

If you are not in challenge mode, you can activate commissioner mode and modify your budget (and other finances).

You should also be able to change ticket prices once the season starts

Yes, you're allowed to change the ticket price throughout the season, however, you cannot change the season-ticket price after it's been set, unless you use Commissioner Mode.
