Rshugoblue Bat Boy Join Date: Jan 2012 Posts: 7	Problem signing Free Agent I am trying to sign Kershaw. I have nearly doubled his request. Yet, I cannot submit the offer. If I hit meet demand, it lowers the offer, but I still cannot submit the offer. Why not? The budget is not the problem. I can offer a larger contract to another FA. Attached Images
