sqlite database error with pt-files

Hello!
Since today 4/12/2021 my perfect team is not loading anymore.
It says:

"Database Problem!
A problem occured while loading the league file.
Click OK to save the current files in a folder named 'incident'
inside your league folder now and let OOTP try to restore your
game to the state of the last previous successfull save. Click
Cancel to get to the previous screen."

But when I click OK there is no folder named "incident" created inside the league folder nor is the game restored.

Any suggestions for a solution?

You'll want to try deleting the whole PT league folder in your OOTP saved_games directory.

You can find out where that is by going to 'settings' > 'troubleshooting' > 'open folder containing saved games'. Can just delete any folders there ending in .pt

Then restart the game and log into your PT account and load the league. The game will re-download the league and hopefully things will be good then.
