1. There are some news that is not translated into Korean or misinterpreted in the game "ootp22" as the news comes to the mailbox. Do you have any plans to fix that part?

2. There are still mistakes in the player's name.
I want you to make up for that.

3. Do you have any thoughts on translating statistics like GHR into home runs, business trips, hits, etc. in the player record?

3. 몇몇 용어들은 오히려 번역하지 않는 것이 나을 수 있습니다. G = Game = the number of played game = (출장) 경기 (수) 의 예시만 해도 한국어, 영어, 야구용어에 모두 익숙해야 가능한 번역입니다. 어느 하나라도 잘 모르면 제대로 하기 어렵습니다. 그런데, 이 용어의 수준이 BABIP, FIP 정도만 되어도 난감합니다.
wOBA나 ERA+쯤 되면 표기는 그대로 두고, 주석이 표출되는 쪽이 좋습니다. 주석으로 달 용어 설명이 (한국어를 모르는) 개발진들이 하기에 굉장히 어려운 일임을 알고있습니다. It would be a good way to ask for users' help on the forum, as users can provide Korean explanations for Stats.

예를들어, FIP : 수비 무관 평균 자책점. BABIP : 인플레이 (타구) 타율. wOBA : weighted On Base Average, 가중 출루율.

Thanks for the link to the XML file, I will pass that on to the folks on the team who handle implementing the translation for them to look over and add changes where possible.

The issues with wOBA, ERA+ etc , indeed if the community here is able to provide some help with providing better explanations etc, we would certainly appreciate that.

As far as the questions in the original post, for question 1, we are planning to continually work on and update and fix issues with the translation. That's realistically a project that will never end, as we'll always be adding more text to the base game that will need to be translated, and I'm sure we'll always be able to find some errors and less than optimal translations to be fixed as well.

What I can't necessarily give is a timeline for specific fixes. We'll still likely have another patch or two for OOTP22 but as far as I know there's no more major translation work planned for this year, so likely any changes will be minor and the more major changes will come for OOTP23.

If there are still particularly outstanding issues though, the more specific information the community can give us to pass on about what and where those are, the better the chances we'll be able to fix the issues sooner.

2. Mistakes with player names: As far as I know, the work on translating player names is finished for the moment. So if there are still mistakes here, we would ask for specific information about which names have mistakes so we can communicate with the translators to get that fixed.

3. I'm not really sure here, I'd have to think/talk with some of the rest of the team to see what plans we have here, if any.

I saw this in the information you provided yesterday and it looks like a very helpful resource!. Thank you for providing it!

I will pass this on to the developers who are working on implementing the translation in game to see if they can implement some of it.

Just to add a note in regard to where we are at with more localization. At this point in time, we're focusing on revising and revamping some of our tools based on our experiences so far with the process to make the localization better and smoother in the future.

Since that's the main priority at the moment, I'm not sure how many more changes and fixes, if any, will be included in OOTP22. The vast majority of these may come in OOTP23, once we've made the needed improvements to the behind the scenes infrastructure.
