Minor league contract bonus problem

Hi, I just started playing ootp again and notice a problem occuring in my fictional league. The problem is that a lot of free agent (young or old one's), when they sign during the season, get a minor league contract signing bonus.

First, when team draft their player in the first-year prospect draft, they don't have to sign, so they don't have bonus affiliated to their contract. They just belong to the team.

Most teams will give bonus to irrevelant FA and release them weeks after. You can see it in those screenshots. I just took some random days and you can see that each days there is player getting signed with bonus. The thing is that teams spend much more money than they would have to spend, so it ruins the financials.

Is there any thing to do to prevent that?

I find this is usually a very small portion of the budget. What is minimum wage in the league compared to your higher salaries?
