Draft didn’t populate

I finished a historical 2021 season in the new 2022 go. During the season there was a link to view the upcoming players to be drafted. When I clicked the link there were no players listed. When I finished the season I advanced to the date of the draft and again no players were listed. I clicked on start draft and the response was, draft finished.
