Can I force the a team to hire me?

In commissioner mode, or some other way, can you force a team to hire you? I know you can select "Take Over Team" in commissioner mode, but that isn't the same as being hired...for example your stats as a manager/coach are not tracked. Any way to actually get "hired."?

That's the only way, and it counts as you being hired. What stats do you see not being tracked?
