Getting empty cards when I open packs

The cards are black and when I mouse over them there is no information in the popup.

What am I doing wrong?

Apparently nothing. I have the same issue. Got blanks, logged out, logged back in and the blanks were all Jim JIm with minimal stats. Ripped another pack...all blanks. Reckon I will wait until they fix it.

Tournaments are still a mess. Rosters are all Jims.

Jim pitches to Jim. Jim lines to left where Jim Bobbles it. Jim is trying for third. What a throw by Jim. Aaaannddd Jim is out. That'll teach Jim to try Jim's arm.
